Refund and Returns Policy

At Amelia Autofocus, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our photography accessories, cameras, and lenses. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order details, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  • Once approved, we will coordinate the return pickup or provide return instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the item has been received.

  • Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be issued via cash.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Opened lens filters, memory cards, or cleaning products due to hygiene and data security concerns.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or refund as appropriate.
